Payment Methods
We accept as payment methods Paypal and Deposit / Bank Tranfer.
1) Paypal - By choosing this method of payment you will be redirected to Paypal’s website where you will complete the payment. After completing the payment you will receive a confirmation e-mail through Paypal.
2) Bank Transfer or Bank Deposit
The information required to complete this payment method will be provided after the conclusion of your purchase by e-mail!
We feel it’s necessary to establish the difference between these procedures.
Bank Deposit – You can only make a bank deposit if you're inside of Portuguese Territory. You don’t need a bank account to do a bank deposit. You can do it by providing the NIB (Bank Account Number) of the recipient at the counter of the Bank associated with the account of the recipient. Then inform the clerk that you wish to do a bank deposit of a certain amount into that account. The clerk will then do the deposit and give you a receipt of the deposit.
Bank Transfer – To be able to do a bank transfer you must have a bank account. You can do a bank transfer through the account number of the NIB (Bank Account Number) which will be provided to you at the end of your purchase.
International Bank Transfer - To make a bank transfer outside Portuguese territory you will need some information from the beneficiary: BIC/SWIFT code, the name of the bank, IBAN (International Bank Account Number) or the Account Number and the name of the beneficiary - which will be provided to you.
Shipping
We ship worldwide. The shipping costs are calculated automatically by our website and the value changes depending on a zone chart.
If you want you can simulate the shipping costs without completing the order by going to your shopping cart and clicking on “estimate shipping” and selecting your area of residence.
* Shipping Methods: All orders are sent through registered mail and an identification number is assigned to each order, which we disclose to the client after shipping. With that number the client can easily track order status, location and extra information on the shipping process.
* Portugal Shipping - These are made through CTT which is a very fast and safe service and you can always track the state of your order through the order number we provide you.
* International Shipping - These are made through FedEx Express, international leader in this type of service, can ensure a fast and safe service throughout the shipping process. You can always track your order though the order number we provide you.
* Time of Shipping: Our products are subject to shipping that can last from 1 to 5 weeks due to maintenance of stock. If the product that you bough is in stock it will be shipped the day after the purchase. In case of a product that is not in stock it can take up to 5 weeks to be shipped.
Exchanges and Refunds
Ensuring the satisfaction and well being of our customers is part of our mission.
Since we want our relationship with our clients to be based on mutual trust we have the following Exchange and Refunds Politic, which will safeguard your rights in case there is a situation where there is the need to restore a product due to choosing the wrong size.
We accept exchanges and refunds within 7 working days from the date of receipt of product if there is dissatisfaction or an error in the size you have chosen.
You will have to inform us of that error within the established date and you will necessarily have to return the product in perfect condition inside the original package and will all it’s accessories (if any) and with the invoice.
Note that all our products are checked before sent to make sure there is no defects on the product.
